This episode is inspired by a brilliant project I know of that never got off the ground in any significant way. Why do unbelievably smart people sometimes fail to build amazing businesses out of their amazing ideas? Just because someone is an inventor or engineer with a genius level IQ, doesn’t mean their brilliance translates to the CEO title. An idea without execution is dead. A big idea without leadership is also dead.

The cool part? You don’t have to be a natural leader to make this all happen, but you have to be willing to relinquish to someone that can.
